Main Contractor Role in Dublin
Manage employees, subcontractors, and materials on large construction sites. Deliver contract works efficiently, within budget and programme, and to a high quality standard.
- 5+ years Site Manager experience
- Knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
- Engineering background ideal
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Site management and employee supervision
- Contract cost and programme management
- Quality management and environmental procedures
- Subcontractor coordination and procurement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of project completion
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
