Site Manager | Laois, Kildare, Carlowc.€100/120k, Car, Bonus, Pension & BenefitsSite Manager for one of Ireland's leading property developers with high-end developments in the Midlands Area, with decades of experience constructing residential (housing & apartments) and commercial developments in very much sought after locations. Delivering high quality, A-rated housing and apartment blocks across several counties including Laois, Kildare & Carlow.Responsibilities:As the Site Manager of their new multi-phase development over three years, you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.Ideally, the Site Manager will have previous experience on similar projects, being responsible for all activities / sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality.Initial phase of 80 units with further developments on the same site over several years.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the Project Director with a genuine market leading company.Contact Information:Connect with Barry Kelly on LinkedIn or call 086-232-5706.
