Site Manager | Laois, Kildare, Carlowc.€100/120k, Car, Bonus, Pension & BenefitsSite Manager for one of Ireland's leading property developers with high-end developments in the Midlands Area, with decades of experience constructing residential (housing & apartments) and commercial developments in very much sought after locations. Delivering high quality, A-rated housing and apartment blocks across several counties including Laois, Kildare & Carlow.Responsibilities:As the Site Manager of their new multi-phase development over three years, you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.Be responsible for all activities / sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality.Manage the initial phase of 80 units with further developments on the same site over several years.Work closely with the Project Director in a genuine market leading company.Connect with Barry Kelly on LinkedIn or call 086-232-5706.
