SSA Group are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a highly reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor, for a €50m project in Waterford. The company is aleading building and civil engineering contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They are a nationally recognised contractor with a portfolio of major projects across all sectors of the industry. The company have a strong portfolio of ongoing and planned work in the Munster region, and this is a permanent position, so would suit someone looking to base themselves in this region long-term. €70k - €80k + package on offer. To be successful in your application you will possess the following; Trade Qualifications (Carpentry), or Construction related qualification Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors. Excellent communication skills. Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
