Mission:Manage the Process team of its perimeterDefine the industrial guidelines for its perimeter (process, equipment, plant layout)Assure process objectives deployment and level of compliance within the siteManage and assure the coherence of the industrialization programs within the site perimeterManage the industrial investments program for its perimeterMonitor machine performance and improvement plansResponsibilities:Responsible for industrial technologies of its perimeterManage and animate the Process Expertise of its perimeterCoordinates the interfaces between its site, PG/PL/RO/platform, and the Process Expertise CenterManage the industrial teams in its perimeter (plant, production, and industrialization)Manage the industrial plan of the site in line with the MTP, within its perimeterCoordinate and push standardization program project for product and process of its perimeterParticipate in Technical Committee and validate process ECRManage and validate industrialization projects, with expert supportDefine the program allocation during CAA and IAR processParticipate in the IVC, PMC & PSC and Red Project Review, sourcing committeeApply the rules for equipment and tools standardization coming from PGDefine programs and Budget TargetMaster Site Industrial Performance and deliveries, DL, Quality, and Asset UtilizationSupport daughter sites during ramp up and processes issuesEducation/Training:Degree in university and Engineering is required.Professional Experience:Requires a minimum of 5 years related work experience including Automotive industrial #J-18808-Ljbffr
