INFORM3 RECRUITMENT Site Supervisor Job Location: Dublin Sector: Civil Inform3 are recruiting for a Site Supervisor to join a large civil contractor working on ESB projects throughout Dublin. The client is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their expanding team. They are looking for someone that is able to handle responsibility and work off their own initiative in a busy working environment. Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Report to Project Manager Ensure the site is run as per the Project Plan Maintain a strong health and safety presence on site to ensure that the site complies with current legislation Supervise and coordinate the site teams and motivate them to reach targets and deadlines. Complete the site dairy, allocation sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets. Assist in emergency situations as directed by site management. Attend site and progress meetings Liaise with the Management Team, passing on relevant information regarding site progress Complete any other relevant duties Site Supervisor Job Specification: Construction or Civil Engineering Background 3 years plus experience in similar role Experience in civils projects Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety procedures Proven track record of successful project delivery Experience in heavy plant operations desirable, not essential Confident in the use of Microsoft Office Full Driving License The successful candidates will receive an excellent package and genuine career progression.
