Site Technician Job In Cork

Job Description

I am working with one of Ireland's longest-established off-site construction companies.

Due to their ongoing growth, they are expanding their site team and are looking for a motivated individual to embark on an exciting career with them.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections of timber frameworks.

Document site visits and prepare inspection reports, including photographic and written records of all phases of timber frame construction, and upload this information to a cloud-based system.

Serve as a liaison between the site, factory production, and design office.

Assist with office-based preparation for timber frame installation and the Quality Assurance (QA) system.

Qualifications:
Some site experience is preferred; however, a background in Quality Assurance will also be considered.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong communication skills.

A full clean driving license is essential.

Comprehensive training will be provided.
