Salary:€34k- €37k Key Responsibilities of this Butcher : Prepare, cut, and trim meat to specifications. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service, offering advice and guidance on meat products. Manage stock levels and ensure the freshness of products. Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient and effective workflow. Assist in developing new product offerings and promotions. Requirements of this Butcher : Proven experience as a butcher, with strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
