Job Title: Small Animal Orthopaedics Surgeon - Referral Hospital Location: Cork, Republic of Ireland Salary: €100,000 DOE + Benefits We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Small Animal Orthopaedics Surgeon to join an award-winning referral hospital in Cork, Republic of Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for advanced veterinary care to work alongside a supportive and expert team in a state-of-the-art facility. About: The referral hospital is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including an on-site CT scanner and a dedicated orthopaedic suite with the latest tools and equipment. They have built a strong reputation for providing exceptional veterinary care, and they pride themselves on their commitment to professional development and the welfare of staff and patients. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of advanced orthopaedic surgeries on small animals. Work collaboratively with a team of experienced certificate holders and specialists to provide the highest level of care. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the hospital by building strong relationships with referring vets and pet owners. Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) activities to stay at the forefront of veterinary medicine and surgery. What We’re Looking For: Experienced Specialists/Diplomates in Small Animal Orthopaedics, or those who hold advanced certifications (e.g., ECVS, ACVS). Proven experience in a referral or specialist hospital setting. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and client service. What's on Offer: Attractive Salary: Starting from €80,000, dependent on experience (DOE).
