Job Description

Senior SCCM/InTune Engineer sought to join expanding EUC team on a permanent basis. McKesson is a Fortune 10 company that touches virtually every aspect of healthcare, delivering insights, products, and services that make quality care more accessible and affordable.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to work with our existing team to ensure the platform is highly available, recommend improvements, and evolve the platform to meet the needs of our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCCM/InTune and experience working with automation tools and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure platform high availability
  • Recommend and implement platform improvements
  • Scale platform to support enterprise
  • Provide training to Service desk & site support team members
  • Act as point of escalation for Service Desk & site support teams
  • Work with stakeholders to identify needs
  • Stay up to date with new technologies
  • Ensure seamless user experience across platform
  • Involvement in PI planning

Experience, Education and Skills:

  • 5 years' experience working on SCCM/InTune in an enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge of following Automation tools and script:
    • Advanced PowerShell scripting knowledge
    • CMPivot/KQL/Azure Log Analytics
    • SCCM Configuration Baseline Development and Deployment
    • PowerBI Dashboard Development
  • Ability to manage and maintain:
    • Collections, Site System role deployments including DP & PXE
    • Boundary Management
    • InTune & Co Management
    • Windows Server OS troubleshooting
  • SQL server troubleshooting & maintenance
  • Software patch management & client support

Desirable Skills:

  • Reporting with PowerBi
  • Autopilot
  • Experience with MDM Platforms
    • Intune
    • Citrix Endpoint Management
    • NexThink
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum management practices
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts
  • Systems integration experience
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • SAFe Agile
  • Experience in managing requirements in a fast paced and changing business environment
  • Experience of working effectively within a team oriented and collaborative environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills
