Social Care Manager, DUBLIN. This employer is a not-for-profit organisation, with charitable status, that provides social care services on behalf of the State. Job Overview For over 40 years, this organisation has been at the forefront of providing high-quality, person-centered services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Social Care Manager. This service is directed by the individuals they support and requires a high level of responsiveness, adaptability, and the ability to work independently within the community. To effectively cater to the needs and priorities of the individuals, the successful candidate's working week could include evenings, early mornings, and weekends. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of service management and report to the Area Manager. The Social Care Manager must also ensure that the service aligns with the HSE New Directions Policy, adhering to the organisation's guidelines and standards. Essential Requirements: A third-level qualification in Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of relevant post-qualification experience in Social Care Services. A minimum of two years’ experience in a leadership/management role. A valid and clean Manual Driving Licence.
