Join our residential care team and make a positive impact on young people in care. As centre manager, you will lead a team of Social Care Workers and manage day-to-day operations at our centre in Co. Laois. Key responsibilities include managing a team, providing exceptional care, and leading positive changes in young people's daily lives. To be eligible, you must have a minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care, a management qualification, and 4 years' full-time work experience in a children's residential care setting. Key skills include knowledge of Irish National Standards, a full manual driving licence, ability to work with young people, passion for making a difference, and commitment to continuous improvement.
