Job Description
A Social Care Worker/Autism Practitioner supports individuals with autism through their life journey, enabling them to have fulfilling experiences, with autonomy and control over choices and decisions. The role provides personalized services, including day and vocational opportunities, outreach support, and supported living options. The practitioner develops a plan of support based on each person's strengths, motivations, and needs, and provides training and development to empower individuals to have positive life experiences. The successful candidate will have a Level 7 award in Social Care, excellent communication and engagement skills, and at least one year's experience in the social care sector.
