**Supporting Individuals with Autism in Dublin South County** We are seeking a Social Care Worker/Autism Practitioner to join our team in Dublin South County, providing innovative outreach support to individuals with autism. **About the Role** As a Social Care Worker/Autism Practitioner, you will work with individuals with autism, providing sessional support in a place of their choosing. You will design weekly schedules of supports, manage your own caseload, and work closely with professionals and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide autism-informed support to individuals with autism • Develop and implement personalized plans of support • Work with individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations • Collaborate with professionals and external agencies to provide comprehensive support • Manage your own caseload and design weekly schedules of supports • Receive full training in areas such as autism practice, case management, and health and safety **Requirements** • Level 7 award in Social Care/Studies or equivalent • At least one year of recent experience in the social services sector • Ability to promote independence and support individuals to learn • Understanding of the New Directions Model of Service Delivery • Full, clean driver's license and access to own car **Benefits** • Competitive salary scale: €35,216 - €50,954 per annum • 25 days/195 hours annual leave per annum • Opportunities for training and development • Collaborative and supportive work environment **How to Apply** Please submit your cover letter and up to date CV to be considered for this role.
