Seeking a Social Care Worker/Autism Practitioner to provide day opportunities for adults with autism in North and South Dublin, promoting independence and personalized support.
Gheel Autism Services provides a wide range of services for adults with autism, including day and vocational opportunities, outreach support, and supported living options. Our services are designed to support individuals with autism through their life journey, enabling them to have fulfilling life experiences and autonomy over their choices and decisions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide day opportunities for adults with autism in North and South Dublin
- Develop and implement personalized plans of support to promote independence and autonomy
- Work with individuals to identify and achieve their goals and aspirations
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support services
**Requirements:**
- Level 7 award in Social Care/Studies or equivalent qualification
- Eligibility for CORU registration
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- At least one year of recent experience in the social care sector

**Salary:** €35,216 - €50,954 per annum, based on a 39-hour week.
