Job Description
Support young people in residential homes in South Dublin and Wicklow, meeting their emotional, social, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and cultural needs.
Cpl Healthcare has partnered with The Cottage Home Child and Family service to recruit Social Care Workers for their residential homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a qualification in Social Care at degree level.
- Have a driving licence and prior experience working with young people or in a Social Care setting.
Support up to 4 young people in a residential home setting, providing emotional, social, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and cultural support.
Work with a well-established organisation with a low turnover of staff, supporting the development and well-being of young people.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Qualification in Social Care at degree level.
- Driving licence.
- Prior experience working with young people or in a Social Care setting.
