As a Social Care Worker with Access Healthcare, you will provide person-centred care, ensuring safety and dignity, and develop and implement individualised care plans. You will assist with daily activities, hygiene, meals, and medication, and foster a positive environment and encourage social interaction. You will also maintain accurate records and document care activities.
Requirements:
- Possess a Level 7 or 8 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent).
- MAPA/PMAV Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-6 months experience working in an Irish healthcare setting.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Fluent level of English.
