We are seeking experienced Social Care Workers and Leaders to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care in a collaborative team environment. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing positive attachments through relationship building
• Engaging young people in the programme and building rapport
• Delivering robust, holistic care as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Managing household activities, administration, and teamwork
• Contributing to the development of professional skills and health and safety protocols
We have permanent positions available across various locations, including Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Westmeath, Longford, Louth, Waterford, Cork, Tipperary, Clare, and Limerick. Successful candidates will be registered in the Social Care Workers Register or have applied for registration. They will also demonstrate a high standard of suitability and ability for the role.
