Social Impact Fund Development Manager This organisation collaborates with the Government, communities, and local agencies to promote social inclusion and community development. It manages funding and provides support for programmes focused on Social Inclusion and Equality, Inclusive Employment and Enterprise, and Early Learning and Care. What you will do: Conduct an initial needs assessment of key stakeholder groups. Oversee the development of an initial 12-18 month implementation plan. Provide regular progress reports and updates to relevant authorities. Engage with organisations and stakeholders experienced in addressing gambling-related harm. Contribute to position papers and national consultation requests as relevant to future national strategies. Recommend actions based on stakeholder consultations and best practices from other jurisdictions. Prepare an annual work program for approval, with scheduled updates provided to senior leadership. Build and maintain credible relationships internally and externally. Adhere to all internal administrative and reporting requirements. What you will bring: Policy and Advocacy Expertise Strategic Development Project Management Collaboration Negotiation and Sector Experience What is required: Minimum of 3 year's experience in social/public policy or advocacy. Proven ability to work with senior management, government departments, and project teams Strong understanding of policy/strategy development in social inclusion and equality. Knowledge of commissioning, procurement, and funding call processes. Familiarity with public/community-based programmes supporting social inclusion.
