Job Description

Seeking experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee daily operations in Dublin campus, ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with EH&S legislation.

The selected candidate will take ownership of soft services, conducting regular floor walks to ensure office pillar services meet client requirements. They will escalate and resolve issues, queries, and repairs to Hard and Soft Services colleagues, while maintaining a neutral cash flow and delivering agreed levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial processes for POs, invoices, and variations
  • Maintain timely payment applications and cash flow
  • Deliver customer service levels of 90%
  • Monitor and maintain SLAs, communication schedules, and report delivery
  • Manage resources effectively, establishing competency job descriptions and training plans
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S legislation and policy
  • Contribute to company growth in Ireland through business development activities

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Degree/HNC in relevant discipline
  • 5 years in a customer service-driven environment as team member or manager

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, 40 hours per week
