We Are Seeking a Delivery Manager
As Delivery Manager, you will lead and coach project teams to deliver high-value features, develop schedules that support business objectives, and manage project execution to achieve established timelines and budgets.

- Develop schedules that support business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project deliverables
- Manage project execution to achieve established timelines and budgets
- Actively participate in resolving team issues and escalating as needed
- Prepare and conduct periodic project status reports to update project governance teams and executive management
- Understand and help manage product backlogs
About the Role
You will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering and key stakeholders, to ensure technical and/or business objectives are achieved. Your experience in agile methodology and frameworks is essential, as you will lead teams in implementing Scrum to maximize velocity.
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT Project Management experience managing technology projects
- 2+ years of experience in agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe) etc.
- CSM, SAFe, PMP, PSM or SSM certification (preferred not mandatory)
- Proven ability to lead groups and individuals working in different locations and time zones globally
- Very good experience in managing Banking Domain projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
