Software Developer
Join our Engineering team in Dublin as a Software Developer and play a critical role in shaping the future product roadmap for international markets.
As a member of our close-knit, supportive development team, you will have the opportunity to own your projects from inception to deployment and become a subject matter expert to educate your peers and department.
About the Role
- Work with a distributed team of developers to solve complex problems and provide solutions to Clio customers
- Work in an agile development environment
- Work as part of a full-stack team using a wide variety of technologies, solving cool problems, and challenging yourself
- Participate in diverse projects and collaborate with development teams across three countries
- Review code and have your code reviewed
- Mentor and be mentored by other Clio developers
- Actively find ways to share your learned experience with colleagues and beyond
Requirements
- Strong understanding of quality and accountability
- Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React and/or Angular
- Passion to learn new technologies and work effectively in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment
- Growth mindset to help your team solve complex technical problems
- Role model for the people around you

The full salary range for this role is €68,200 to €92,200 EUR. We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range.
