Job Description
Join our dynamic technology company as a Senior SDET, driving automated testing and ensuring quality of our AI-powered platform for fraud detection, risk assessment and regulatory compliance. As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain automated test suites, execute code reviews, collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for triaging system issues, researching new technologies, and participating in conversations with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining automated functional and non-functional test suites across multiple components.
* Executing code reviews and peer review processes to ensure code quality and security practices.
* Collaborating with software engineers, architects, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Participating in conversations and workshops with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify solutions and opportunities.
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in application development, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and experience working in the financial services, financial technology and risk management industry. You should have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working with Java Test and Automation frameworks, Functional API Testing frameworks, and Functional UI Testing frameworks.
Additional requirements include experience working with issue-tracking tools, test-case management tools, RESTful APIs, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline tools, knowledge of Accessibility standards regulatory compliance, familiarity with screen readers tools, knowledge of UX best practices, and experience implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to be onsite at our Limerick City office on in-office days.
