Job Description: Develop cutting-edge Root Cause Analysis (RCA) system for machine learning models across Search, Rufus/Gen AI, and Alexa Shopping. Lead greenfield project, transform issue identification, and resolution in complex systems, impacting customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable solutions for data selection, RCA-specific data labeling, analysis, and corrective action stages of the RCA process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain components of the RCA tool, including frontend and backend systems.
- Optimize data processing workflows to reduce time and complexity in the RCA process.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
- Experience with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience with developing user interfaces for data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in data analysis.
