As an engineering leader for Amazon Cloud Front in Dublin, Ireland, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that serve millions of customers worldwide.
- Develop and implement software solutions that meet the needs of a global customer base with low latency and high transfer speeds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
- Lead the development of multi-tier web services and partner with product and program management teams to drive customer performance and scale expectations.
- Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong technical depth and experience in engineering team management.
- Experience in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
