Requirements
- Proven experience in engineering team management, with a strong track record of growing and developing talent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Experience in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of software engineers.
- Ability to communicate technical designs and product strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
