As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Assuming technical ownership of the data synchronization core subdomain
- Managing a small team of developers with a product mindset
- Project and team leadership skills
- Software design and architecture
- Collaboratively designing product/component updates and leading their development
- Coordinating team work, balancing functional and non-functional requirements
- Reviewing code, guiding and mentoring team members
- Advocating for quality and continuous improvement
Requirements
Successful candidates will have:

- Technical leadership skills and mentoring experience
- Knowledge of .NET, best practices, and idiosyncrasies
- Experience with SQL, ETLs, pipelines, messaging, and data
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Experience with refactoring and balancing competing interests
- Bonus: knowledge of or strong interest in functional programming

- 30 days: Familiarization with the Cinchy platform and knowledge transfer from the Platform Development Team
- 60 days: Contributing to the platform
- 90 days: Greater impact to the platform and sharing knowledge with the team
