Job Title: Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Customer Success Engineering org. The successful candidate will be part of a team of engineers dedicated to our Copilot Proactive Outreach Platform.

Job Summary:

We are looking for engineers who are deeply passionate about building scale-able, performing, services based on Azure cloud technologies. The candidate will work across teams to implement the features and work needed to improve growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of full stack web services.
• Use of Big Data Systems.
• Good at problem-solving skills, teamwork, and passion to delight customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Industry experience in software development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Design and development experience for full stack web services.
• Use of Big Data Systems.
• Good at problem-solving skills, teamwork, and passion to delight customers.
