CPE Team Overview

CPE teams play a critical role in detecting and resolving customer issues, improving product quality, and enhancing customer features.

  • Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve customer problems
  • Communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, senior technical leaders, and customers
  • Drive technical solutions to improve product quality and supportability

Job Requirements

  • Responsible for customer escalations and delivering timely communication
  • Ownership of unblocking customers and driving technical solutions
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and customer landscape
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience with Node JS, Typescript, Scala, and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and programming practices
