Job Requirements
- Responsible for customer escalations and delivering timely communication
- Ownership of unblocking customers and driving technical solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and customer landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Node JS, Typescript, Scala, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and programming practices
