Mid-Level Software Engineer €50,000 - €60,000 Remote (EU) My client is a rapidly growing multinational payments company that has revolutionized the way transactions are handled globally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build on your SQL, C#, and automation skills while working closely in a small team of best-in-class Senior Software Engineers. While the role traditionally focuses on C#, my client is open to candidates with experience in any programming language who are willing to cross-train. The company work with varied technologies, with C# just being their main OOP Language, so you'll have opportunities to work with varied technologies. All whilst working 100% remotely from wherever you prefer in Europe! Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain server-side products. - Design and implement database systems. - Develop on the back-end using C# and .NET - Enhance web client programming using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features. - Apply Design Patterns, Refactoring, and OO Design principles to ensure high-quality software solutions. Requirements: - Understanding of Linux or Windows development environments. - Proficiency in database design and development. - Strong web client programming skills, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. - Experience in server-side product development. - Working experience with at least one Object-Oriented (OO) language, such as Java or C#. - Familiarity with Design Patterns, Refactoring, OO Design, and related areas. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Experience in the payments industry is a plus. - BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
