About the Role

As a Java Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices applications, working closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs.

  • Develop and maintain cloud-native microservices applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for microservices communication.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Dev Ops.
  • Deploy and manage microservices on Azure cloud platforms, such as Azure Container Apps.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in complex microservices environments.

Requirements

  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Azure.
  • Ability to design and document RESTful APIs for microservices communication.
  • Ability to create and manage Docker containers, Dockerfiles, and Docker Compose.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, deployments, services, and configuration management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams to solve problems.
