OverviewThere is no doubt that Copilots are radically transforming how Microsoft empowers every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Our team, part of the Customer Success Engineering org, is focused on customer love: quantifying it, understanding it, democratizing it, and improving it. In our platform we are applying AI to turn customer satisfaction into a signal as clear and indispensable as usage or perf, develop deep insights using AI, and proactively engage customers to increase it. Our team puts some science behind customer love, enabling engineering teams to better understand their issues.   We are a combined engineering & Data and Applied Science team architecting AI systems that underpins these efforts, including a survey system, the backend storage where we blend in telemetry and other sources to augment the signal, ML and LLM models to pinpoint drivers and find correlations, and our smart proactive outreach platform that interfaces with support and enables us easily orchestrate campaigns to connect directly with customers in a personal way. The candidate for this role will be part of a team of engineers dedicated to our Copilot Proactive Outreach Platform. This team finds different surfaces across M365 and builds systematic ways to engage with customers and delight them when using the product.   Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.Industry experience in software development.Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications: Design and development experience for full stack web services. Use of Big Data Systems.  Good at problem-solving skills, teamwork, and passion to delight customers. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
