Software Engineer The Company: Established over 15 years ago, our client is a rapidly growing player in the machinery manufacturing industry, employing over 100 people with a turnover in the tens of millions. With an unwavering focus on excellence and long-term growth, they are fast developing into a major player the industry. Now, in a bid to further strengthen their team, they are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their expanding operation. The Role: The successful Software Engineer will be site-based in Louth and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Programming and coding software for machine operating systems and telematic systems Working on fault-finding, fixing, upgrading and updating machines in the field Testing and improving new software to be used in new and existing equipment (similar to Tesla system) The Person: We are looking to speak to candidates from the following backgrounds: All experience levels from an electronic engineering / software engineering / computer science / mechatronic engineering and other related backgrounds will be considered For more experienced candidates any prior work programming PLC's will be advantageous Programming and coding experience will be highly beneficial The Package: €40,000-€50,000 salary DOE (€35,000 for entry-level graduates) Pension plan 21 Days Holiday Skills: Software Engineer Electronic Engineering Computer Science Mechatronics Programming Coding PLC's Benefits: pension
