As a Software Engineer on our Kubernetes and Cloud team, you will design and implement automated services and systems to power our growing infrastructure.
- Build automated, scalable services and systems to power our growing infrastructure
- Collaborate with an agile team that is passionate about new technologies and delivering high-quality and timely code
- Work with monitoring and alerting systems to aid engineering and support efforts
- Constantly look for opportunities to automate and optimize
- Work with Kubernetes solutions across various cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, GCP
- Produce quality, testable, and maintainable systems with fast feedback loops
- Build and enhance infrastructure for serving WordPress on thousands of servers
Requirements:
- 2+ years software engineering experience
- Has worked on an agile team and is passionate about SRE principles
- Proficient in Python or Go programming
- Expertise working with Kubernetes and containerization
- Experience working with Kubernetes orchestration on hosted cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
