Job Description
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Revenue Optimization team.
**About the Role:**
We're a product-focused team building user-facing features and regularly engaging with our users. We own Billing Analytics, Smart retries and Revenue Recovery, and Automations (a no-code workflow builder). Our team is working on Stripe's first real-time analytics features and has several ambitious projects.
**Responsibilities:**
* Build real-time analytics features using Apache Flink and Apache Pinot.
* Improve and maintain smart retries and other revenue optimization features.
* Collaborate with teams across Stripe to develop platform-wide tools and real-time analytics capabilities.
* Develop functionality for Automations and other strategic products.
* Engage directly with users to understand their needs and gather feedback on features.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
* Entrepreneurial mindset.
* Interest in real-time data processing and analytics.
* Comfortable working as a generalist designing and working on both frontend and/or backend.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.

**Working at Stripe:**
* Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.

* Help shape Stripe-wide platforms for real-time analytics and workflow automation.
**Compensation:**
* Annual salary range: €81,600 - €122,400.
* Benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
