Software Engineering Consultant (Java) Dublin City Centre / Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) €70K - €85K p/a + healthcare, 5% pension, 24 days hols etc This is another one of Irelands huge success stories theyve been operating for around 20 years, now one of the most well-known providers of identification/biometric verification solutions globally (facial recognition, deepfake detection). Youll be working on the SaaS infrastructure of their flagship product, facilitating integrations and enhancing the security of their clients applications (banking/neo-banking mainly). Were looking for someone with a strong Java development background, and ideally someone who has worked in, and enjoys working in customer facing roles. We need a strong communicator and a people person for this, someone able to build great relationships with their clients while working on full lifecycle product development. Initial intensive training will be provided on their products, youll essentially be a product expert in a short space of time (deepfake detection, facial recognition). The Person 5+ years experience in software development Extensive experience in a customer facing environment. Top communicator and relationship builder. Strong Java development experience. AWS experience would be nice to have. Nice to have - experience in an industry with strong security fundamentals (banking etc).
