Software Engineering Manager (AI) Dublin South | Hybrid € Negotiable + equity, health insurance, 5% pension etc Industry | climate & sustainability This is a new role within the company theyre leading the charge in tackling some of the most important sustainability issues in large businesses. They are looking for an experienced software development manager to lead a team of 8/9 application developers, and were specifically looking for someone who has been involved in (or managing teams) building AI products. They are currently adding AI/ML functionality (sensibly) to streamline their processes hoping this hire can add some real value in the technical direction there. Youll be very well looked after, nice company culture and they have extremely high calibre technical teams. The person 5+ years experience as a Software Engineering Manager. Experience managing teams building critical software in SAAS companies. AI/ML experience (and a passion for latest trends) A software engineering background, solid grounding in b/e & f/e tech. Extremely capable communicator and leader. Open to.
