As a Chapter Leader - Senior Manager, you will leverage your engineering expertise and passion for coaching and mentoring to drive scalable and high-performing solutions with a cloud-first mindset. You will be responsible for a portfolio of applications and engineering associates assigned to the Core Custody team.

• Lead strategic technology initiatives and empower engineers to deliver increased value
• Promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
• Measure performance through established objectives and metrics
• Align chapter members across squads to ensure the best utilization of talent
