As a Chapter Leader, you will be responsible for a portfolio of applications and engineering associates assigned to the Core Custody team. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions with a cloud-first mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and develop software engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
• Plan and lead strategic technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering increased value to customers
• Support and empower engineers to enable delivery of increased value, promoting agile behaviors and operational excellence
• Measure performance through established objectives and metrics, delivering agreed-upon business, technology, and people results
• Align chapter members across squads to ensure the best utilization of talent, building learning opportunities to develop skills
