Job Summary: Lead cross-functional teams to develop cloud-based systems and web-based applications, driving innovation and creating a high-performance team.
- Manage multiple software development teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Perform performance management, including career growth and personal development.
- Plan and manage product releases, as well as technical and business-level stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in hands-on software development.
- 2+ years in a Software Engineering Manager role.
- Effective collaboration with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Senior Management teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Track record of leading teams to produce high-quality software projects on time and within budget.
