A seasoned Software Engineering Manager is needed to lead multiple cross-functional teams in developing cloud-based systems and web-based applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage multiple software development teams to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to quality standards.
* Performance management of team members, including career growth and personal development.
* Product release planning and management.
* Effective management of technical and business-level stakeholders.
**Essential Experience:**
* 8+ years of hands-on development experience.
* 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager.
* Ability to collaborate with wider Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Senior Management teams.
* Strong knowledge of the SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Successful track record of leading teams to produce high-quality software projects on time and to budget.
