Seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple cross-functional teams in developing cloud-based systems and web-based applications.
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving a culture of innovation and creating a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple software development teams to deliver projects to budget, time, and quality standards expected.
- Performance management of team members, including career growth and personal development.
- Product release planning and management.
- Effectively manage technical and business-level stakeholders.
Essential Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in hands-on development.
- 2+ years as a Software Engineering Manager.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with wider Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Support and Senior Management teams/stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
- Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Successful track record of leading teams to produce high-quality software projects on time, and to budget.
