Performance management of team members include career growth and personal development. Product release planning and management. Effectively manage technical and business-level stakeholders. Software Engineering Manager - Essential Experience: 8+ years of experience of hands-on development. 2+ years as a Software Engineering Manager. Ability to collaborate effectively with wider Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Support and Senior Management teams/stakeholders. Strong knowledge of the SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks. Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Successful track record of leading teams to produce high-quality software projects on time, and to budget.
