Engineering Manager of the Atlas Team

As an Engineering Manager of the Atlas team, you will leverage your experience to manage a team involved in the design, development, and optimization of Signify Health's critical path mobile and web platform.

  • Coach and continuously develop the capabilities of a technical team of engineers across all levels.
  • Conduct ongoing career development activities with your team and manage individual & team performance.
  • Be a strong partner to your product and user experience counterparts as well as other parts of the business.
  • Model clear and effective communication; provide feedback to your team, review technical design or code artifacts, and explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Help drive long-term architecture and detailed design for a highly scalable platform solution.
  • Continue to develop and improve our engineering processes by ensuring that the assets which your team develops are well-defined, modularized, secure, reliable, reusable, and observable.
