Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead our Options Trading Development Team.
As a key member of our trading firm, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of options trading systems.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications:
