Job Summary: Provide first-line support to the escalation team, troubleshoot complex issues, and work in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to the escalation team by gathering and sharing relevant information.
- Troubleshoot and perform in-depth analyses to resolve complex issues.
- Work in an international, multi-cultural environment with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing critical customer issues requiring ongoing communication with the Service SRE, Development, and Customer support teams.
- Experience in hands-on production administration of large systems and environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including networking, storage, and compute.
- Knowledge of monitoring technologies, virtualization technologies, and automation/configuration management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Git Hub, Perl, and Python.
- 2+ years of experience in virtualization environments such as AWS/Softlayer/Zen/VMWARE.
