About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Net Team Lead who is comfortable leading a high-performance development team in a fast-paced, flexible environment with a variety of new and ongoing projects.
- Design and develop market-leading products
- Support, update, and migrate existing solutions critical to the business
- Guide the evolution of technology using cutting-edge frameworks, tools, and principles
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team and provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance
- Manage employee growth and performance conversations
- Collaborate with the team to develop and drive the development of Net-based applications
- Validate business needs and initiate organization process improvements

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant professional experience developing and delivering enterprise-level systems as a software developer
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a technical lead of a team of developers
- Demonstrate strong people skills with the ability to influence technical discussions
- Ability to lead conversations with internal and external customers to better understand requirements and prioritize tasks
Desirable Skills
- Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure, Service Fabric, Azure Service Bus, or NService Bus
- Previous exposure to Redis and No SQL databases like Cosmos DB, Mongo DB, or others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
