**Software Engineering Lead** **Lead a team of engineers in developing complex software systems, fostering growth and innovation, and driving technical excellence.** As a Software Engineering Lead, you will lead a small team of Engineers. You will help team members identify their skills and passions and grow as engineers and team members. This role requires technical experience to contribute to complex design and guide your team with clarity. **Responsibilities:** • Writing and reviewing detailed specifications for system components of moderate complexity. • Collaborating with development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs. • Managing the daily workload of a team of 3-4 engineers, reporting progress on their initiatives and how that pertains to roadmap progress. • Encouraging new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations. • Collaborating with stakeholders on the development of solutions from product, security, business, or technical sources. • Promoting and celebrating the successes of your team and sharing lessons learned on less successful efforts. **Requirements:** • Experience in C#,.NET Core coding languages and proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks. • Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs. • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and ideas to diverse audiences. • Ability to collaborate, support, and drive team members to deliver on results, providing technical and professional guidance. • Extensive experience in Software Engineering and a passion for helping others progress and develop technically.
