Seeking a results-driven Net Team Lead to lead a high-performance development team in a fast-paced, flexible environment with a variety of new and ongoing projects.

The Net Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading a high-performing team and providing continuous coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance
- Managing employee growth and performance conversations
- Guiding the development of NET-based applications
- Validating business needs and initiating organization process improvements
This role offers the opportunity to build leadership skills by helping steer a group of high-performing engineers working to exceed client expectations, and exposure to state-of-the-art technology in the form of our cloud-based microservice platform.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant professional experience developing and delivering enterprise-level systems as a software developer
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a technical lead of a team of developers
- Demonstrate strong people skills with the ability to influence technical discussions
- Ability to lead conversations with internal and external customers to better understand requirements and prioritize tasks
Desirable Skills:
- Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure, Service Fabric, Azure Service Bus, or NService Bus
- Previous exposure to Redis and No SQL databases like Cosmos DB, Mongo DB, or others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
