**Software Engineering Lead** **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a small team of engineers in developing high-quality code * Identify skills and passions of team members and help them grow as engineers and team members * Contribute to complex design and guide team with clarity * Manage daily workload of a team of 3-4 engineers **Collaboration and Communication** * Work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements * Translate requirements into software designs * Collaborate with stakeholders on development of solutions * Promote and celebrate team successes, sharing lessons learned on less successful efforts **Requirements** * Experience in C#, .NET Core coding languages and proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks * Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and ideas to diverse audiences * Ability to collaborate, support, and drive team members to deliver on results, providing technical and professional guidance * Extensive experience in Software Engineering and passion for helping others progress and develop technically **About the Role** As a Software Engineering Lead, you will play a key part in our team's success by leading a small team of engineers and contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions.
